Why?- Previewer is more optimized (ughhh so happy about this)- I didn't feel like I had to download all these other files, I wanted a product more complete than SV 14- Stabilizer is bonkers better without distorting quality (damn it's good)- LUT implementation from stock product (instead of aftermarket software) is way better and soooo much easier- the layout is cleaner, better visual aid for color correctionsEnsure you have a solid CPU and GPU. More RAM the better. Update the software. No complaints.. Crashed on start. Error code -59. Recommended fix actions include reinstalling Windows OS.....I would steer clear of this program. I got a refund right away. Common issue with this program.. A versatile video editor, lightweight compared to Adobe's suit, yet very professional!. Vegas Pro has been my go to video editing for many years. I like it's simplicity and workflow. For my daily work i need a fast and easy to use editing program that does not overload me with features and options. This is not to say that Vegas Pro does not have advanced options. It just does a really good job at not cluttering the UI.I can usually get a Youtube video ready within 10 minutes. Using templates and archive footage. Encode it and upload. If i need to do complicated video effects i switch to Premiere or After Effects but for the daily work this is perfect.What bothers me a little is that there is no separate encoding application to queue multiple videos so i can encode and keep editing other videos.PRO: Good UI, simple interface, fast workflow.CON: No separate encoding application. (there is batch Rendering). The product was great whenever I do not have to touch a 4k file. But when it comes to 4k files.... let's just say I haven't been able to render any 4k files that has transitions or special effects. This is a total waste of money.. Decided to try this to save money from Adobe CC.It's NOT worth it. I saw comment of compalints that the program crashes & freezes after awhile, I thought since I have a very powerful PC it wouldn't matter. Boy was I wrong. Complained to Steam about it & they didn't want to do anything. So I'm out of pocket & have this terrible program left in my libary not being used & still paying for Adobe CC. I would never recommmend this to anyone, so save your money as it's not worth the price tag.. Getting the Software over steam is very easy. The installation also. You only have to hit the button and the Steam downloader procedure the installation automatically.Vegas Pro 15 is giving the user what he is expecting from a prfessional Video cutting software. The user interface is easy to understand. After installation one can start to work with the software. There is no need of installing additional software like mediaeffects and trackanimations. Here you can professionally manage Audio tracks for your videos. Either you use Sound Forge for editing your videos audio track or for editing professional music files, with Audio Forge 12 you get your money's worth.So in combination Vegas Pro 15 and Sound Forge 12 are a perfect duo for productivity. Both Tools are well documented and there are a lots of tutorials for boosting you creativity with them.. If you are patient and invest some time you can really make good videos.8/10. No problem using this software. Got it on Lunar New Year sales and I would say it's a steal! It's very powerful and has many tools. Superb!. i Would love to see the Program get supported in Linux.
